He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (with honors) from the University of Wales

Mr. Rashid Al-Naimi held supervisory and leadership positions during his career in several

Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the Qatar Stock Exchange. He is also an expert in
financial accounting, strategic planning, and regulations.
During his career, he supervised many
committees, in addition to having more than 12 years of practical experience in the field of social

Mr. Hussain Al-Harami, Head of Studies and Monitoring Department at the Behavioral Health Support Center, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Qatar University, and has practical experience in ministries and social and educational institutions, and has many contributions as a main researcher in articulated social field studies that dealt with the Qatari community, including "Studying the social responsibility of individuals towards society", "studying an opinion poll on abnormal sexual phenomena" and "studying the Qatari family's attitudes about parenting methods and factors of children's deviation", and he participated as a research associate in other studies with a group of researchers.

He is currently working at Hamad Medical

Dr. Khalid Al Ansari is the Chair of the Emergency Medicine Department at Sidra Medicine. His
fields of expertise include emergency and trauma care, poison control, emergency respiratory diseases and
gastroenteritis, and child protection and advocacy. Dr. Al Ansari's extensive expertise in emergency
medicine and acute medical care has helped him transform the delivery of pediatric emergency services to
patients in Qatar.
Dr. Al Ansari is also a professor at Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar, the
inaugural chairman of Level One Trauma, Emergency Department and Urgent Care at Sidra Medicine, the founder
of the National Poison Center, the chairman of the Sidra-wide Hospital Resuscitation Program and the founder
of the Child Advocacy Program in Qatar.
Prior to joining Sidra Medicine, Dr. Al Ansari was an
associate professor and the medical director of pediatric emergency services at Hamad Medical Corporation
for 17 years.
Dr. Al Ansari is the chairman of Qatar Biomedical Bank, the chairman of the Ministry
of Public Health’s National Child Protection Committee, and a member of National Disaster Committee.
Dr. Al Emadi is a certified clinical psychologist by the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar. She
currently functions as a licensed psychologist to treat behavioral disorders, specifically drug addictions.
She has delivered several courses and workshops in this field in Qatar and abroad and has presented papers
in several international conferences pertaining to several fields of study and research. Some were published
in international magazines.
Besides her role as the Executive Director of Doha International Family
Institute, she is also a board member in the Behavioral Healthcare Centre; a member of the National
Committee for Women, Children, the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities; and a board member in the Social
Sciences and Humanities Department at Qatar University. She is holds PhD and Master’s degrees in Psychology
and Counselling from Manchester Metropolitan University and was awarded the PhD Degree holders Platinum
Medal at the Education Excellence Day in Qatar for the year 2009.

Dr. Rosik has professional interests that include the
psychological care of religious professionals, the dissociative disorders, and persons with unwanted
same-sex attractions and behaviors. He has published more than 50 articles in peer reviewed journals on
these and other topics and has made presentations across America and in Europe.
Dr. Rosik has served
as President of the Western Region of the Christian Association for Psychological Studies (CAPS) and the
Alliance for Therapeutic Choice and Scientific Integrity. He is a member of the American Psychological
Association, International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation, and the National Association of
Social Worker.
Sharon Slater is the president of Family Watch International, a nonprofit organization in
consultative status with the United Nations (see at FamilyWatch.org). She also chairs the UN Family Rights
Caucus (see at UNFRC.org) and is a consultant to multiple UN Member States on family, life and human
sexuality policy issues. Sharon is the author of the book “Stand for the Family: A Call to Responsible
Citizens Everywhere,” which is also known as the “Family Defense Handbook.” Sharon serves on the board of
the Political Network for Values, a global platform and resource for legislators and politicians across the
globe defending life and family. Sharon also co-chairs the U.S.-based Protect Child Health Coalition
(ProtectChildHealth.org).
Sharon has directed multiple widely acclaimed documentaries including “The

Ahmed Abdel-Qader Mohamed Al-Farjabi, memorized the Holy Qur’an with Warsh recitation, and he graduated from the College of the Holy Qur’an in Omdurman, and was appointed as a teaching assistant, he obtained a master’s degree and a doctorate from the University of the Qur’an with distinction, and he is currently working as an expert on Islamic affairs at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs in the State of Qatar, and an imam and preacher, He is also a family and educational advisor in the Islamic Network, and he has several media and advocacy activities concerned with family reform, as well as many participations and programs with family institutions.
Sarah Blubian, Psychologist, PhD in Primary Care and CCTP, Doctor of Clinical Trauma, M.Sc. in
Psychology, University Diploma in Sexology, NLP, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and EMDR Therapy, currently
working as a Psychiatrist in the Primary Health Care Institution, she has many experiences in Cognitive

Dr Paul Sullins is Senior Research Associate of the Ruth Institute and Research Professor of Sociology at the Catholic University of America. He has written four books and over 150 scientific journal articles, book chapters and research reports on issues of faith and culture, among which are “SOCE reduces suicide: Correcting a false research narrative” (Conditionally forthcoming, Archives of Sexual Behavior, 2022). Formerly Episcopalian, Dr. Sullins is a married Catholic priest.
David H. Pickup is a Licensed Therapist. He is currently in his doctoral candidacy in Psychology
at California Southern University. He currently operates one of the only psychotherapy practices in Texas
for unwanted same-sex attraction and gender dysphoria. Mr. Pickup underwent extensive training underneath
the direction of Dr. Joseph Nicolosi Sr., the creator of Reparative Therapy, and he now offers training and
consultations to other therapists.
Mr. Pickup is a board member of The Alliance (www.therapeuticchoice.org), which is the leading U.S.
professional association whose mission focuses on research and therapy for Homosexuality. He is a regular
speaker at their yearly conferences and professional.
Mr. Pickup is also a national lobbyist and

Dr. Rana Ahmed Khaled, MD, FRCSM, EMDR Therapist, FECSM Fellow of the European Committee for
Sexual Medicine, MD, Clinical Sexology, American Academy of Clinical Sexologists, MD, Faculty of Medicine,
University of Balamand, MSc in Neurophysiology, University Lebanese. She currently works as a psychosexual
therapist, in a specialized clinic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and previously worked as a general
practitioner in the Republic of Lebanon. She participated in many workshops and training courses in the
fields of psychological and behavioral treatments, and participated in a number of regional and
international conferences such as the ESSM Conference, and the Saudi National Conference for Psychotherapy
for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
